Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an accounting professional to oversee day-to-day accounting activities for designated subsidiaries, including general ledger, payables, receivables and fixed assets.

You will support month-end close, intercompany reconciliations, sustainability reporting, and tax provisions. This role requires a degree in Accountancy and at least two years of hands-on accounting experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in managing full set of accounts and financial reporting.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver work within tight reporting timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities for designated subsidiaries, covering general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset accounting.
• Review and reconcile intercompany balances and transactions as part of the month-end closing process.
• Assist with sustainability audits, disclosures, and other internal and external reporting activities.
• Calculate tax provisions and support the timely submission of relevant tax filings.
