Job summary

MAVENSIDE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Tampines, Singapore, is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage the full set of accounts for a logistics-oriented operation. The role requires 3+ years of Singapore accounting experience and a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, with solid Excel and accounting software skills.

Knowledge of GST, payroll, and CPF matters is essential, and the successful candidate will prepare schedules for external auditors and support month-end closing processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in Singapore.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting software.
• Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts independently.
• Experience in AP, AR, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Handle month-end closing and prepare P&L and Balance Sheet.
• GST preparation and filing.
• Payroll and CPF matters.
• Prepare schedules and supporting documents for external auditors.
