Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Accounts Executive to manage full sets of accounts and support day-to-day financial reporting activities.

Located at Joo Koon, the role offers up to S$3,500 per month, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, with a performance bonus. Applicants with SG accounting qualification and 2+ years of experience are welcome to apply. Responsibilities include AP/AR/GL, month-end close, and GST/tax matters.

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience handling full sets of accounts.
• Experience with SAGE X3 accounting software is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Singapore laws/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL reconciliations, billing, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.
• Prepare weekly cash-flow reports, management reports, schedules, AR ageing reports, and variance analysis.
• Manage petty cash, supplier payments, customer invoice reconciliations, and the Fixed Asset Register.
• Support GST returns, corporate income tax matters, audits, corporate secretarial matters, and other assigned accounting duties.
