Job summary

JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. invites applications for an Account Executive (Full Set) to join its marine operations in Jurong East. The role covers the full set of accounts, month-end and year-end closings, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting including P&L and balance sheet.

You will ensure timely corporate tax submissions, GST filings, and strict internal controls, working with external auditors and outsourced accounts teams to maintain accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling full set of accounts.
• Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts
• Perform day-to-day finance operations including month-end closing, year-end closing and bank reconciliation
• Prepare financial reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, cash flow statement and other ad-hoc reports
• Ensure timely submission of corporate tax, GST and other statutory filings
• Ensure proper accounting procedures and internal controls are in place
• Coordinate with external auditors and outsourced accounts team to ensure accuracy of financial statements
