Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Account Executive (Full Set) to manage full set of accounts and support monthly close and audit processes. The role requires handling both Malaysia and Singapore accounting with travel during training.

The position offers a 5-day work week, onsite at International Business Park with travel to Malaysia required for training. Diploma or higher in accounting and at least 1 year of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience handling full set of accounts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of accounts.
• Assist on yearly audit.
• Assist on inter-company billing.
• Manage month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and others.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and internal controls.

Account Executive (Full Set) | $2,800 - $3,200 + VB

• Working Hours: 5 work days | Monday - Friday 8.30-5.30pm
• Working location: International Business Park (Jurong East) / Travel to Malaysia required during training
• Company Industry: logistics and freight forwarding company

Duties:

• Responsible to prepare full set of accounts
• Knowledge of Malaysia and Singapore accounting
• Preparation of accounting schedules
• Assist on yearly audit
• Assist on inter-company billing
• Control and manages end-to-end financial processes in support of the account which includes collections, payments, monthly close activities and balance sheet reconciliation
• Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with company policy
• Establish effective internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems
• Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system
• Liaise with Internal and External Auditors, Tax Agent, Legal, Bankers and etc.
• Assist on any ad-hoc tasks required by management
