Job summary

Glorysea Agency Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage a full set of accounts, including GL, balance sheet, and profit and loss. The role covers AR/AP, data entry, and day-to-day accounting support.

You will handle staff claims, assist with month-end closings, and prepare audit schedules while coordinating with external auditors and tax agents. GST knowledge is preferred and accuracy is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in accounting.
• Singaporean / PR preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel.
• Meticulous with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and multi-task to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including GL, Balance Sheet, and Profit & Loss.
• Manage accounts receivables (AR) and accounts payables (AP).
• Perform data entry and assist in day-to-day accounting and admin tasks.
• Verify staff claims.
• Perform month-end closing and reconcile daily, monthly, and yearly transactions.
• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors and tax agent yearly.
• Preferably knowledge in tax and GST filings.
• Assist in ad-hoc administrative duties.
• Any other duties as assigned.
