VITA GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced accounting professional to manage full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR, FA, Inventory) and prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

The role ensures timely month-end closing, tax compliance including GST/SST, and strong internal controls. You will monitor cash flow, oversee supplier and creditor payments, and liaise with auditors and banks.

Responsabilités

• Handle full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR, FA, Inventory).
• Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Ensure timely month-end closing and audit compliance.
• Prepare and submit GST/SST and ensure tax compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date financial figures and provide weekly / bi-weekly reports.
• Prepare & Monitor P&L, margin, expenses, and highlight abnormal variances.
• Support Directors with cost, margin, and profitability analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, bank balances, and banking / financing costs.
• Prepare weekly supplier payments and monthly creditor payments.
• Verify invoices and ensure proper approval and documentation.
• Manage AR/AP ageing, collections, and credit control.
• Maintain accounting systems (e.g. AUTOCOUNT) and data accuracy.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory bodies.Support audits, internal controls, and compliance.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required by Management.
