Job summary

LAGC PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an Account Executive in Singapore to manage client accounts, nurturing strong relationships and ensuring that services meet client needs. The role includes handling monthly closings, bank reconciliations, and sending Statements of Accounts to clients.

It requires independent work, excellent communication with banks, auditors, and external parties, and a Diploma/ Degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related field.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and preparation of management accounts and balance sheet schedules.
• Able to work independently and manage deadlines of assigned accounts.
• Good communication skills and comfortable liaising with internal banks, auditors and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries, requests, and account-related matters.
• Prepare and complete monthly closing of accounts.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare and send Statements of Accounts (SOA) to clients at the end of each month.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection of receivables.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
• Assist in year-end statutory audit
