Job summary

ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD is seeking an Accounts Executive to join the finance team in Singapore. The role covers a broad range of accounting and reporting activities in a fast-paced environment.

You will support month-end close, management reporting, statutory reporting and tax/compliance matters, while coordinating with auditors and ensuring accuracy of records. Strong Excel and ERP skills, plus ACCA/CPA qualification are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• 4-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in commercial, trading, logistics or MNC environment is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP/accounting systems experience.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA/CPA/CA Singapore advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist with management reporting and financial analysis
• Prepare financial and statutory reporting
• Support tax and other regulatory compliance matters
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors on audit matters
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Support accounting matters relating to business and operational activities
• Assist with internal controls, process improvements and other finance projects
• Handle ad-hoc accounting and finance-related matters as required

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
