Prosben Group Pte. Ltd is seeking a capable accounting professional to handle daily finance operations for the Singapore office. You will manage GL, AP, AR, invoicing and month-end tasks while maintaining accurate records and supporting cross-functional teams including Sales and Finance.
Responsibilities include reconciliations, tax filings, and coordinating with internal/external auditors. Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred to liaise with international partners.

As part of our international business operations, Prosben Group works across markets and supply chains, providing employees with valuable exposure to cross‑functional business operations.
Handle daily finance and accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, accounting entries, invoicing, expense claims, bookkeeping and bank‑related documentation
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date accounting records for the Singapore office
Assist in tracking order payments and outstanding accounts, follow up on pending payments and liaise with the internal Sales and Finance team as required
Work closely with finance team to perform bank statement, supplier and customer order reconciliations as required, using ERP systems when required
Support the finance team in month‑end and year‑end closing, and other finance‑related activities
Coordinate, process and account for freight charges, insurance premiums, customs duties, loading and unloading charges, and other costs related to international trade
Liaise and coordinate with internal and external accountants, auditors, corporate secretarial provider and relevant parties on accounting and finance matters
Manage and maintain proper filing and record‑keeping of international trading and accounting documents, including commercial invoices, shipping documents and supporting records
Assist with tax filing and compliance‑related tasks and prepare relevant documents for corporate tax filings
Provide finance and operational support to regional teams as required
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in an international trading or related business
Hands‑on experience in bookkeeping and day‑to‑day accounting operations
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and double‑entry bookkeeping
Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting skills
Detail‑oriented, with a high level of accuracy and strong document management and organisational skills
Able to work independently and in a team, manage multiple tasks, and resilience in overcoming challenges
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
Strong communication and cross‑functional coordination skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal departments and external parties
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with the ability to read Chinese
