Job summary

LINKZ SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable Accountant to plan and oversee monthly management accounts and reporting for a portfolio of clients. You will lead a small team handling AP, payroll, and outsourced finance activities.

The role requires IFRS knowledge, month-end closing oversight, and ability to deliver timely financial statements, tax compliance, and advisory support to clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee monthly management accounts and reporting for a portfolio of companies.
• Oversee month end closing process for a portfolio.
• Supervise a team of junior accountants/executives in outsourced finance function.
• Consolidate financial statements.
• Prepare AGM papers and resolutions; GST and annual tax submissions.
• Provide accounting technical advisory and handle ad-hoc assignments.

Job Description

• Plan and oversee the preparation and review of monthly management accounts and reporting packages of a portfolio of companies;
• Oversee the month end closing process for a portfolio of companies;
• Supervise a team of junior accountants/executives in day to day outsourced finance function, including AP processing and payroll;
• Plan and oversee the consolidation of financial statements;
• Compilation of financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards;
• Devise and prepare advice to clients relating to finance operation, accounting system, accounting treatment and reporting when necessary;
• Solve complex accounting issues for clients when necessary;
• Assist in providing financial management services;
• Preparation of AGM paper, resolutions, submission of AR
• Preparation and submission of GST and annual tax
• Assist in providing accounting technical advisory for specific or complex business transaction; and
• Undertaking ad-hoc assignment assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 to 2 years external audit experience and some years of experience in finance operation and financial reporting;
• Experience working with other outsourcing firm is an added advantage;
• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or their equivalent;
• Have clear thinking, committed, meticulous, good time management, resourceful, proactive, able to work independently, effective verbal and written communication skill, honest and able to run with the ball;
• Familiar with International Financial Reporting StandardsHandle full set of accounts
