Job summary

JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Account Assistant based in Tuas to perform basic full-set accounting functions, including AR, AP, cashbook and journal entries using MYOB or similar software.

The role requires assisting in GST returns, P&L and balance sheet schedules, and coordinating with auditors and banks. Work hours are Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, with benefits including a bonus and 14 days annual leave, plus transport provided after work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic full-set accounting, including AR, AP, cashbook and journal entries using MYOB or similar accounting software
• Assist in preparing and submitting GST returns quarterly
• Assist with P&L, balance sheet and other accounting schedules
• Liaise with external auditors, banks and company secretaries when required
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned
