Job description

• Verify expenses, payments and invoices, and prepare payment documentation.
• Prepare payment vouchers and maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Issue invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain cash book records and perform bank reconciliations.
• Record financial transactions using accounting software.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
