Job summary

OMNIVET PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Accountant to manage the full spectrum of accounting for the clinic, ensuring accurate records, timely reporting, and compliance with Singapore accounting and tax requirements.

The role covers handling the full set of accounts, GST submissions, tax filings, and regular financial reporting using Xero. A diploma or degree in accounting/finance is required, with experience in SME or healthcare/veterinary sectors considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in full set accounting.
• Hands-on experience with Xero accounting software (mandatory).
• Familiar with GST regulations and tax filing in Singapore.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in SME or healthcare/veterinary industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations)
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
• Manage GST submissions and claims
• Handle tax filing, including corporate tax computations and liaison with tax agents/auditors
• Maintain accurate accounting records using Xero accounting software
• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and statutory requirements
• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial planning
• Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as required
