Job summary

AITE Education, based in Singapore, seeks dedicated educators to teach across academic and conversational tracks from our Singapore office. You will deliver English, Mathematics, and Science lessons, plus Cambridge English modules and intensive bootcamps, with a focus on practical adult conversational English.

The role emphasizes engaging teaching, clear explanations in English, and occasional Mandarin support for international students and beginners.

Qualifications

• Preferred teaching or tutoring experience, especially AEIS coaching or tuition centre backgrounds.
• Open to motivated undergraduates or candidates with strong academics.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Fluent Mandarin for student guidance and teamwork.
• Solid track record in English, Mathematics, or Science (O-/A-level, IB, Diploma, or Degree).
• Flexible schedule and ability to coordinate lesson timetables.
• Patient, punctual, reliable, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lessons aligned with Singapore Primary/Secondary curriculum across English, Mathematics, or Science.
• Deliver short-term workshops, holiday booster courses, and practical adult English sessions.
• Deliver lessons primarily in English, using Mandarin when needed for international students.
• Mark assignments using provided answer keys and report progress to the academic lead.
• Foster an encouraging, patient, and productive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct lessons aligned with your subject expertise: Singapore Primary & Secondary curriculum (English, Mathematics, or Science), AEIS preparation, and Cambridge KET / PET modules

• Deliver short-term intensive workshops, holiday booster courses, or practical adult conversational English sessions

• Deliver lessons primarily in English, using Mandarin where needed to clarify concepts for international students and beginner adult learners

• Mark assignments using provided answer keys and provide timely, accurate reports regarding class progress, student gaps, and classroom observations directly to the academic lead

• Foster an encouraging, patient, and productive learning environment

About you

• Prior teaching or tutoring experience is highly preferred, particularly with AEIS coaching or tuition centre backgrounds

• Motivated university undergraduates and candidates without experience with strong academic track records are welcome

• Strong command of spoken and written English (clear pronunciation, solid grammar)

• Fluent Mandarin for effective student guidance and team collaboration

• Solid personal track record in English, Mathematics, or Science (e.g., O-Level, A-Level, IB, Diploma, or Degree)
