Full-Time/Part-Time Tuition Teacher (Primary English & Math) – International School Focus | Teaching Pay + Incentives | Career Progression
We are a growing tuition centre in Singapore focused on delivering measurable learning outcomes for students and a high-quality experience for parents. We serve a strong base of international school families, with many Chinese parents and primary/secondary school aged children. As we expand our teaching capacity and build out group classes, we are hiring full-time/part-time teachers to join our team.

Role Overview
This is a teaching-focused role responsible for delivering high-quality lessons and supporting student progress in a structured centre environment. You willteach 1-to-1 lessons and small group classes. You will alsoconduct diagnostics for new studentsandrecommend learning plans, using the centre’s templates and teaching resources.
In addition, you willsupport centre-planned marketing activitiesfrom a teacher’s perspective (e.g., delivering academic sharing sessions and assisting with workshops),without being required to perform sales or lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Lesson Delivery (Core)
- Teach Primary School English and Mathematics (minimum requirement).
- Deliver lessons primarily in a 1-to-1 format, with opportunities to take on group classes as the centre expands.
- Cover ad hoc lessons when other teachers are unavailable, subject to scheduling needs.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and lesson quality standards.
Student Assessment & Learning Plans
- Conduct diagnostic assessments for new students (academic strengths/weaknesses and recommended plan).
- Support learning plan execution and ensure students receive appropriate practice and progression.
Lesson Planning & Materials
- Follow centre syllabus/materials and contribute to lesson planning where needed.
Support for Centre-Planned Marketing Activities (Non-Sales)
- Participate in centre-planned marketing and outreach activities such as:
- Academic sharing sessions / parent information talks (centre-provided outline/materials).
- Workshops or trial lessons to showcase teaching approach and student learning outcomes.
- Assisting with marking of short diagnostic/trial papers used during events.
- Provide on-the-ground feedback to improve teaching messaging and parent education content.
- (Note: You are not required to close sales or handle enrolment conversions.)
Centre Support (Baseline)
- Be present during scheduled working hours and support a structured learning environment.
- Coordinate with centre management on basic student progress observations and operational needs.
Requirements
- Singapore Citizen / Permanent Resident / Long-term local resident (no pass sponsorship).
- Proficiency in teachingPrimary School English and Mathematics(minimum requirement).
- Strong communication and presentation skills inEnglish and Chinese(spoken and written).
- Able to work evenings and weekends consistently.
Bonus / Preferred
- 2+ years ofteaching/tutoring experienceis an advantage.
- Ability to teachadditional subjectsand/orSecondary / Tertiary levelsis a strong advantage.
- Experience teaching international school studentsis a plus.
