Tuition Centre looking for English Teachers

We are looking for English Teachers who:

• are able to teach English to primary, secondary students, including Singapore GCE O Level
• has local teaching experience to GCE O Level students

This position is open to both Part‑time and Full‑time applicants. Please refer to the work schedule for reference. Actual schedule will be discussed during the interview session.

Full Time:

• Monday to Friday: 11.00am – 8.30pm (with lunch and dinner breaks included)
• Saturday & Sunday: 9.30am – 6.30pm (with lunch break included)
• Weekly working hours: 44 hours
• Weekly off: 1.5 days (face to face discussion)
• Public Holidays: OFF

Part Time / Contract:

• To be discussed during interview
• Minimum 3 months commitment

• The teachers will be assigned courses based on their competency and qualification.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor Degree, equivalent or higher
• Knowledge of Mandarin and English is essential for communication to all stakeholders
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and expertise in delivering structured and engaging lesson content.
• Basic IT knowledge is preferred, as we also conduct online lessons using online meeting applications (e.g., Tencent)
• Highly responsible in their job
• Patient and passionate in communicating with all students and parents
• Eager and capable to learn and earnest
• Weekend Work is required

PREFERRED CANDIDATE’S BACKGROUND

• Possessing professional certificate relating to education industry
• Having Singapore primary and/or secondary education experience
• Certificate/diploma/degree offered by local Polytechnic or University
• Obtain Grade B or higher score in O level English and Grade A or higher score in O Level Math or Science
• Possessing 7.0 or higher score in IELTS
• Capable of teaching other subjects besides English and Math
• Singaporeans, PR and foreigners are all welcome to apply
