Job summary

Library & Archives Solutions Pte Ltd (LAAS) seeks an Academic Library Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational management of the academic library to support teaching, learning, and research objectives.

You will oversee library operations, staff, budgets, collections, policies, technology, and customer services, while collaborating with faculty, students, and stakeholders to align services with academic goals.

Qualifications

• A recognised degree in Library and Information Science or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant library management experience.
• Knowledge of GenAI and its impact on academic libraries.
• Understanding of copyright, licensing and electronic resource compliance.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
