NTU Singapore invites applications for a Librarian / Senior Assistant Manager to shape user-centred library services, drive space transformation, and enhance hybrid library environments across NTU. • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; postgraduate qualification in library and information studies or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in academic, research, public, or other service-oriented environments, including supervisory experience.
• Experience in operations, user-facing services, service improvement, project leadership, or change implementation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, analytical, and people management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and enhance library operations and service delivery across key user touchpoints, driving improvements in service quality, consistency, and user experience.
• Shape and deliver space transformation and user experience initiatives that support evolving patterns of learning, collaboration, discovery, and wellbeing.
• Lead service innovation and continuous improvement efforts informed by user feedback, operational insights, and emerging trends.
• Develop and guide staff and student assistants to support operational readiness, service excellence, and the effective implementation of change.
