Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm seeks a Procurement Assistant in Singapore to assist sourcing, ordering, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Business or Supply Chain, with 1–2 years of experience in procurement and knowledge of SAP. Responsibilities include issuing purchase orders, liaising with vendors, and ensuring timely deliveries to meet production schedules. Salary range is $2000 - $2800 with a Monday to Friday work schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and enter data into the MRP/SAP system.
  • Follow up with vendors to expedite delivery and update ETA.
  • Coordinate the purchase of materials, arrange shipments, and process cash requests.
  • Liaise with vendors and build strong supplier relationships.
  • Work closely with engineers and store planners to meet production needs.

Procurement Assistant

Working day: Monday – Friday
Working Hour: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary range: $2000 - $2800
Location: Woodlands Ave (Nearest mrt: Admiralty)

The role is to assist the purchasing team in sourcing, ordering, and managing inventory of materials and components, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and alignment with production schedules.

Responsibilities
  • Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and enter data into the MRP/SAP system.
  • Follow up with vendors to expedite delivery and update ETA.
  • Raise and coordinate purchase of materials, arrange shipments, and process cash requests.
  • Liaise with vendors and build strong supplier relationships.
  • Work closely with engineers and store planners to meet production needs.
  • Prioritize fixture orders but also handle other P/Os like CW, SP, MO, etc.
  • Source alternative components when required to prevent production delays.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement preferred.
  • Knowledge of POs, inventory management, and SAP/MRP systems.
