Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Logistic Executive to manage daily logistics activities at ST1 in Sembawang. You will coordinate deliveries, monitor performance, and ensure timely flow of goods across the supply chain.

Required are a polytechnic diploma or GCE O Level and at least 2 years in manufacturing/logistics, with proficiency in Excel and basic IT skills. Working hours are 8am–5pm on weekdays and 8am–12pm on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Level or Polytechnic Diploma.
• 2+ years in manufacturing/ops/logistics.
• Experience in logistics coordination to improve delivery efficiency.
• Proficient in basic email and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics activities at ST1.
• Ensure smooth and timely flow of goods across the supply chain.
• Monitor logistics performance and resolve issues quickly.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and optimize routes with transport.
• Maintain yard trailer parking and monitor overnight charges.
• Follow up on trailer jacks and submit docs to Accounts for parking bills.
• Monitor vehicles/trailers for inspections and updates in master list.
• Collaborate with Production and internal coordinators for smooth deliveries.
• Assist in managing trailer parking space in ST1.
• Attend weekly project meetings on trailer parking and DO status.
• Communicate overtime with drivers/customers as needed.
• Support Production meetings on Mon/Wed/Fri.
• Liaise with ICA Customs for any submission errors.
• Liaise with PSA on staff/driver matters in ST1.
• Ensure staff and drivers comply with SOPs/safety/policies.
• Assist with stock takes and inventory counts.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Head of Logistics.

Job description

Position title : Logistic Executive
Location: Sembawang
Working Days: 5. 5 days A Week
Working hours : 8am – 5pm (Mon – Fri), 8am – 12pm (Sat)
Salary : $3,200 - $3,600 (depends on years of experience)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily logistics activities in ST1
• Ensure smooth and timely flow of goods across the supply chain
• Monitor logistics performance and resolve operational issues promptly
• Coordinate delivery schedules and optimize routes with transport
• Monitoring the overnight parking charges for the yard.
• Following up on the trailer jack at the site and submitting the document to the Accounts Dept to bill customers for overnight parking.
• Monitoring for all trailers/Vehicles due for inspection.
• Monitoring of all vehicles and trailers GPS.Daily update all trailers in the master list for all yards to ensure no trailers are missing and in control.
• Work closely with the Production team and internal coordinators to ensure smooth delivery operations and maintain an adequate supply of empty trailers to support production requirements.
• Assist to manage trailers parking space in ST1
• Weekly meeting with Project team regarding Trailer Overnight parking issue / Coupler issue and DO update status.
• Follow up with the driver and customer if any overtime is incurred.
• Production meeting on Mon/Wed and Fri.
• Liaise with ICA Customs if got any error submission
• Liaise with PSA for any related matters involving staff and drivers working in ST1
• Ensure staff and drivers' compliance with regulatory, SOP, safety, and company policies
• Assist with stock takes and inventory counts
• Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the Head of Logistics

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level / Polytechnic Diploma
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment to understand operational workflows
• Prior experience in logistics, operations, or delivery coordination to enhance delivery efficiency
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as email and Excel
