Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Client Implementation / Project Manager in Singapore to lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for Securities Services clients. The role involves coordinating multiple stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Relationship Management, custodians and investment managers to ensure smooth transitions and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management/client implementation experience within banking, securities services or asset management.
• Experience managing institutional client onboarding or transition projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Relationship Management, custodians and investment managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and implementation of new clients for Securities Services.
• Coordinate client transition activities, including new fund launches, fund terminations, restructuring and service changes.
• Manage account opening, modification, service extension and closure, including cash and securities accounts, tax and market/network setup.
• Establish project governance and coordinate with internal teams to plan, track and deliver implementation projects.
• Lead regular client and stakeholder meetings, tracking timelines, deliverables, dependencies and outstanding actions.
• Identify issues and elevate project risks or delays to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure all required account/market opening and implementation documentation is completed for sign-off, audit and control purposes.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including Client Delivery, Sales, Relationship Managers and Client Development.
• Coordinate with external parties including custodians, investment managers and other third-party service providers.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should have experience managing institutional client onboarding or transition projects and be comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Relationship Management, custodians and investment managers.
