Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Engineer in Singapore to support tendering, engineering reviews and project planning for marine/offshore projects.

You will collaborate with Project Manager(s) on technical reviews, sourcing and cost estimates, scheduling, drawings and documentation. On site you will oversee project execution, review contracts, select vendors, evaluate costs, coordinate internal resources, respond to client technical queries, plan mobilization and execution,

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, preferably Naval Architect or Marine-related.
• Experience in marine or oil & gas with offshore construction preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 QA systems and IACS rules (ABS/DNV) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager on tendering, including technical review, sourcing, cost estimating, scheduling, drawings, procedures and documentation prep.
• Oversee project execution as directed by the Project Manager, including contract review, vendor selection, cost evaluation, internal coordination, and responding to client technical queries; plan mobilization and execution.

Job description

Project Engineer

Salary: $6500 - $8000

Working Days: Mondays - Fridays | 8:30am - 5:30pm

Office: Pandan Road Singapore (Clementi)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager(s) on project tendering including technical review, sourcing and cost estimating, project scheduling, drawings, procedures and documentation preparation etc.
• Overseeing of project execution as directed by Project manager including contract review (technical), vendors selection, costs evaluation, liaison for internal resources and supports, reply to client technical queries, prepare technical clarifications, plan and supervise project mobilisation, project execution and implementation, plan and implementation of corrective actions, Factory Acceptance Tests and finalization of as built documentation etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Engineering preferrable in Naval Architect or Marine related
• Min 3 years working experience preferable in marine or Oil & Gas Industry with offshore construction experiences preferred
• Familiar with offshore works, steel structure, winch, crane and zone rated application added advantages
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 QA system
• Familiar with IACS (particular ABS and DNV) Rules and Regulations on Offshore
• Software - AutoCAD, MS Office (MS Excel) and Project, Primavera P6
• Willing to travel and working offshore
