Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a patient-focused front desk coordinator for our clinics located across Farrer Park, Novena, Napier and Orchard. You will manage patient registrations, appointment bookings, and phone inquiries using the clinic system, providing essential support to clinicians and patients throughout the day.

This full-time role offers a monthly salary of SGD 2,500 to SGD 2,800 with a rotating roster and standard hours: Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:30pm, Sat 8:30am–12:30pm.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in healthcare (specialist clinic setting preferred).
• Proficient computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and manage appointment bookings using the clinic system.
• Answer phone calls and assist with patient inquiries.
• Provide pre-operation advice for patients.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to obtain required information.
• Assist doctors with chaperone duties and other procedures.
• Support training of new and junior staff and daily counter closing.

Working hours: Mon- Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm; Saturday 8:30am - 12:30pm
Location: Farrer Park / Novena / Napier / Orchard (Rotating based on roster)
Salary range: $2500 - $2800

Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical frontline duties: registration, appointment bookings, phone calls, etc. using clinic system.
• Provide Pre-operation advise for patients.
• Follow up with doctors or clinic staff on completing the information required.
• Assist doctor with chaperone and other medical procedure
• Assist in training and guiding new and junior staff.
• Perform daily counter closing and alert superiors on discrepancies if any.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min 1-2 years of experience in healthcare industry, in a specialist clinic setting is a plus.
• Computer Literacy is required
