Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a healthcare receptionist for our network of clinics in Singapore.

The role involves frontline duties, patient registration, appointment bookings, and phone inquiries, with a rotating location across Farrer Park, Novena, Napier, and Orchard. You will provide pre-operation advice, assist doctors, support junior staff, and perform daily counter closing. The position requires 1–2 years of healthcare experience and good computer literacy.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of healthcare experience; a specialist clinic setting is a plus.
• Computer literacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Registration and appointment bookings using clinic system.
• Provide pre-operation advice for patients.
• Follow up with doctors or clinic staff on completing required information.
• Assist doctors with chaperone and other medical procedures.
• Assist in training and guiding new and junior staff.
• Perform daily counter closing and alert superiors on discrepancies if any.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Working hours: Mon- Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm; Saturday 8:30am - 12:30pm
Location: Farrer Park / Novena / Napier / Orchard (Rotating based on roster)
Salary range: $2500 - $2800
