Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an operational risk & BCM support specialist in Singapore. You will assist in maintaining RCSA, KRI, and IMDC records, support BCM exercises, and help compile information related to risk matters across processes and systems.

You will also help prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations, ensure proper filing, coordinate data from stakeholders, and participate in awareness trainings.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational risk or BCM is preferred.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance and update of RCSA, KRI, and IMDC records.
• Support BCM team in coordinating exercises, maintaining documentation, and tracking follow-up actions.
• Assist in gathering and compiling information related to operational risk matters involving processes, systems, and business activities.
• Support the preparation of operational risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of operational risk and BCM-related records.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to collect data and ensure timely updates to risk-related databases and trackers.
• Participate in operational risk and BCM awareness activities and training sessions.
• Perform administrative and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team.
• Preferred skillsets include being familiar with M365 sharepoint and AI agent creation.
