Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Risk & BCM Support professional in Singapore for a 6 months contract. You will assist in risk control activities, maintain RCSA, KRI, and IMDC records, and help prepare management-ready reports.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, gather data on processes and systems, and support BCM exercises and awareness activities. Familiarity with M365 SharePoint and AI agent creation is a plus.

• Assist in the maintenance and update of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Key Risk Indicators (KRI), and Incident Management & Data Collection (IMDC) records.
• Support the Business Continuity Management (BCM) team in coordinating exercises, maintaining documentation, and tracking follow-up actions.
• Assist in gathering and compiling information related to operational risk matters involving processes, systems, and business activities.
• Support the preparation of operational risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of operational risk and BCM-related records.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to collect data and ensure timely updates to risk-related databases and trackers.
• Participate in operational risk and BCM awareness activities and training sessions.
• Perform administrative and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team.
• Preferred skillsets include being familiar with M365 sharepoint and AI agent creation.
