Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Group Operational Risk Manager to strengthen risk oversight across an established insurance group. You will support risk and control assessments, KRIs, and governance initiatives, driving timely reports for boards and regulators.

In this role, you will coordinate RCSA enhancements, rollout KRIs, and enable AI-driven risk assessment tools, contributing to standardized processes and data migration support across business units.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of operational risk management or audit experience.
• Strong understanding of risk governance, reporting and appetite.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) enhancements to improve risk identification and control reviews.
• Coordinate the rollout of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), including data collection and reporting alignment.
• Support consistent operational risk governance and processes across business units, aligned with Group standards.
• Prepare risk reports for management and Board committees, and assist regulatory submissions and risk escalations.
• Facilitate AI-enabled RCSA implementation through requirements gathering, UAT coordination and stakeholder training.

Join a Group Operational Risk Management team supporting risk and control assessments, Key Risk Indicators and governance initiatives across business units. Contribute to stronger risk monitoring and management reporting, while supporting the adoption of AI enabled risk assessment tools.

Job Scope

• Support Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) enhancements to improve operational risk identification and control reviews.
• Coordinate the rollout of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), including data collection, reporting alignment and progress monitoring.
• Support consistent operational risk governance and processes across business units, aligned with Group standards.
• Prepare risk reports for management and Board committees, and support regulatory submissions and risk escalations.
• Facilitate AI enabled RCSA implementation through requirements gathering, UAT coordination, stakeholder engagement and training preparation.
• Track project milestones, budgets, risks and issues, while supporting data migration, documentation and change management.

Job Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification, with at least 6 years of relevant experience in operational risk management or audit.
• Good understanding of risk management processes, risk appetite, governance, reporting and systems.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.
