Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outbound sales, client engagement, or business development experience.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, conversion, or retention targets.
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
• Confident in engaging high-net-worth clients through face-to-face meetings.
• Able to communicate financial concepts and explain platform features clearly.
• Customer-oriented, proactive and comfortable with outreach and retention activities.
• Willing to undergo regulatory and compliance training.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in outbound sales, client engagement or business development, preferably in wealth management, banking, fintech or insurance.
• Proven track record in achieving client acquisition, conversion or retention targets.
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Confident and professional in engaging high-net-worth clients through face-to-face meetings.
