Job summary

Talent Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Human Resources Executive in Tuas to manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. You will source candidates through multiple channels, coordinate interviews, and support manpower planning, while maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline.

Requirements include a diploma or degree in HR or related field, strong communication skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced

Requirements

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or HR administration.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
