• Set up tables before service and replenish tableware.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic issues politely.
• Process payments and operate the POS system (if required).
• Follow food hygiene and workplace safety standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
