Job summary

HP in Singapore is seeking a Business Operations Manager to oversee a broad range of supply chain processes for Additive Manufacturing hardware and services. You will manage factory planning and work with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time deliveries and optimized costs.

The role requires a 4-year or graduate degree in SCM or related fields and typically 3–5 years of experience in supply chain or operations. This is a full-time on-site position with travel expectations as specified.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in SCM, manufacturing eng, operations mgmt, business administration, or related field.
• Typically 3–5 years of work experience in supply chain, operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage factory planning and cross-functional supply chain activities for Additive Manufacturing hardware and services.
• Coordinate with BU WW Planning/Engineering/Procurement to optimize OTD and costs.
• Oversee inventory, consignment, PPV, EOML scraps, and capacity utilization.
• Support NPI launches and ramp shipments.
