Job summary

QUESSCORP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer to build scalable applications using React and TypeScript.

You will define frontend standards, create reusable SDKs and libraries, and drive a modern micro-frontend strategy across regions. Collaborating with product, architecture, and DevOps teams, you will optimize performance and scalability while ensuring compliance with enterprise guidelines.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Design and implement Micro-Frontend architecture using Module Federation or similar technologies.
• Define and establish frontend engineering standards, coding practices, and technical guidelines across teams.
• Build reusable SDKs, libraries, components, and platform contracts for multiple applications and teams.
• Support multi-region and multi-channel product delivery through shared codebases and configurable solutions.
• Optimise frontend performance, rendering, scalability, and maintainability.
• Work with modern frontend build tools such as Webpack, Rspack, Rsbuild, or similar.
• Collaborate with regional engineering, product, architecture, DevOps, and business teams.
• Prepare technical specifications and guidelines and drive adoption of engineering best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with iOS/Android WebView, hybrid applications, or native bridge patterns.
• Exposure to frontend observability, performance monitoring, and error tracking.
• Understanding of enterprise frontend security, including CSP and cross-origin script loading.
• Experience working within CI/CD, governance, and compliance-driven enterprise environments.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
• Production experience with Micro-Frontends / Module Federation.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance, and type-system design.
• Experience creating shared frontend platforms, SDKs, or reusable libraries.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently in a large enterprise environment.
