Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking Contract Clinic Assistants to support daily operations across primary healthcare clinics in Singapore. You will register patients, schedule appointments, assist with dispensing, billing and insurance, and handle patient inquiries.

The role requires flexibility for rotating shifts and travel between clinics, with immediate interview and a fast hiring process. A 3-month contract with potential long-term opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/O Levels or equivalent.
• Prior clinic, healthcare or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Able to commit to rotating shifts, including evening shifts.
• Comfortable travelling between clinics within the assigned region.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and manage appointment scheduling
• Assist with medication dispensing, billing and insurance claims
• Provide frontline customer service and attend to patient enquiries
• Support basic clinical duties, including swab tests when required
• Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth clinic operations
