Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Vehicle Claims Coordinator to manage accident reporting processes, liaise with insurers on motor claims, review vehicle repair histories, and conduct inspections of vehicles undergoing bodywork and paint services.

Must hold a valid Class 3 driving license; experience in workshop motor claims is advantageous, and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate accident reporting processes.
• Liaise with insurance companies on motor claims and accident-related matters.
• Review vehicle repair histories and highlight any abnormalities or recurring issues to the supervisor.
• Conduct inspections of vehicles undergoing bodywork and paint repair services.
• Perform administrative duties related to vehicle costing, insurance claims, and maintenance records.
• Support the team with other ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Salary: $2,500 - $3,400

Working Location: Benoi x1 / Ubi x1

Working days & hours: 5.25 days work week (mon – fri 8am – 7pm, alternate sat 8am – 1pm)
