Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a driver/claims coordinator to manage accident reporting and liaise with insurers. You will review vehicle repair histories and inspect vehicles undergoing bodywork, while performing related administrative tasks for costing and claims.

Training is provided; a valid Class 3 driving license is required to join the team located at Benoi x1 / Ubi x1. This role involves a 5.25-day work week with early starts.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 driving license is required.
• Experience in motor claims in a workshop is advantageous.
• Training provided for the role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate accident reporting processes.
• Liaise with insurance companies on motor claims and accident-related matters.
• Review vehicle repair histories and highlight abnormalities or recurring issues to the supervisor.
• Conduct inspections of vehicles undergoing bodywork and paint repair services.
• Perform administrative duties related to vehicle costing, insurance claims, and maintenance records.
• Support the team with ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
