Job description

Name of Authority: Admiralty Secondary School

Contract Period: 1 January 2027 or the Letter of Acceptance date, whichever is later, to 30 June 2028; end date may be adjusted according to the actual start date.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 9:00am to 1:00pm (four hours).
• Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9:00am to 5:30pm (eight working hours, excluding lunch).
• Normally excludes public holidays, school holidays, examination periods and whole-school programme days; some school-holiday sessions may be arranged.
• Sessions may be adjusted for examinations or school programmes; additional sessions and timing changes generally require four working days' notice.

Requirements

• MOE registration by the quotation closing date and throughout the contract.
• English reading, writing and speaking skills to deliver the programme.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work responsibly both independently and in a team.
• Commitment and ability to engage and support students with higher support needs.
• Three years of experience with secondary-school students from disadvantaged backgrounds is preferred.
• Provide a record of similar programmes from 1 January 2024 to the quotation closing date.
• Where applicable, hold the valid Employment Pass required by the tender throughout the contract.
