Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a qualified physiotherapist to join a client-focused team.

The role combines clinic and home-based rehabilitation across client sites, with a hybrid schedule and Mon-Fri hours. You will conduct assessments, design and implement individualized treatment plans, educate clients and caregivers, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote safe mobility and functional improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy.
• Full Registration with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' physical, functional, and mobility status.
• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy plans based on findings and client goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to improve strength, balance, endurance, and movement efficiency.
• Educate clients and caregivers on exercise programmes and safe mobility techniques.
• Document assessment findings, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for coordinated client care.
• Participate in client case conferences and health promotion activities.
• Supervise therapy assistants and participate in clinical student placements.
• Offer services to home rehab, CR, CH, NH settings as competent.

Job description

Salary: $5500 - $7000
Working Days: Mon - Fri | 8.30am - 6pm
Working Location: West Coast (Clementi MRT) - 2 days & Home therapy (Client sites) - 3 days

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, functional, and mobility status.
• Develop and implement individualised physiotherapy intervention plans based on clinical findings and client goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to improve strength, balance, endurance, and
• movement efficiency.
• Educate clients and caregivers on exercise programmes, fall prevention, and safe mobility techniques.
• Document assessment findings, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for coordinated and holistic client care.
• Participate in client case conference, community outreach, and health promotion activities.
• Supervise therapy assistants
• Participate in clinical student placement
• Participate in internal training
• To provide service to various settings (eg. Home Rehab, CR, CH, NH) as deemed competent
