TOSS-EX PR PTE. LTD. is seeking a System Administrator with at least 1 year of enterprise IT experience to support Level 1/1.5 incidents in a 24x7 environment, focusing on proactive monitoring and swift escalation.

You will manage IT infrastructure, respond to alerts, and use SolarWinds and Grafana. A Diploma in a related field is required, with knowledge of Windows Server/Linux/Unix, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

Recognized Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Computer Engineering / Information Systems.
Hands-on experience in Windows Server and/or Linux and/or Unix.
Systems administration experience.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Customer-oriented, patient, meticulous and a strong team player.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Aptitude to learn and pick up new skillsets in Systems and Network Technologies.
Willing and able to perform 12-hour Shift Work including weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

Admin and manage IT Infrastructure and data centre support (basic systems, network, database and application support).
Respond to incoming alerts (system triggered, e-mail etc.).
Monitor infrastructure and applications using monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Grafana).
Assess incoming alerts to understand their severity and impact before escalating.
Log, update and manage incidents, requests and changes in ITSM tools (ServiceNow).
Perform basic health checks, service restarts and routine operational tasks.
Follow documented support procedures for incident management and root-cause analysis or escalation.
Maintenance of technical documentation (for NOC) of processes and procedures.
