Job summary

JTC Corporation on Jurong Island is seeking a Security Operations Lead to oversee the 24/7 Jurong Island Operations Centre (JIOC), guiding a team of Duty Commanders and outsourced security officers to ensure checkpoint operations continue undisrupted.

You will review SOPs to reflect threat assessments and legal requirements, respond on-site as needed, coordinate with government agencies, conduct regular training, and drive continuous improvements in incident management, security processes, and

Qualifications

• Strong communication and report-writing abilities.
• Proven leadership and analytical skills for incident management.
• Experience leadingDuty Commanders and outsourced security teams.
• Willingness to work shifts as a Duty Commander.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the 24/7 Jurong Island Operations Centre (JIOC) and guide Duty Commanders and outsourced security officers to ensure uninterrupted checkpoint operations.
• Manage initial incident response and be able to deploy on-site at any time.
• Review and update SOPs in line with threat assessments and legal requirements (IPA 2017, PAPP Act).
• Develop and validate new SOPs, coordinating with government agencies as needed.
• Ensure SOPs are trained and understood through regular exercises and training.
