Job summary

JTC Corporation is seeking a Security Operations professional to manage and review critical processes at Jurong Island checkpoints and pass offices, coordinating with the Jurong Island Operation Centre team on security operations.

The role requires strong managerial, communication, and teamwork skills, with 3–4 years in security planning and a willingness to work shifts as Duty Commander.

Qualifications

• Managerial abilities for analysis and report writing to support operations management.
• Strong communication and teamwork to work with vendors, government agencies, JTC departments, and tenants.
• Experience in service recovery and handling feedback.
• Willingness to perform shift work as a Duty Commander.
• 3–4 years of experience in security planning and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review operational processes at Jurong Island Checkpoint, Pass Office, and liaise with Jurong Island Operation Centre team.
• Manage and review operating systems, including BACS, Reversible Flow System and other systems at Jurong Island Operations Centre.
• Provide point of contact and liaison with tenant companies on Jurong Island via platforms like Round Table Discussions.
