Akkodis is seeking an IT Service Support Engineer to join a dedicated 24x7 operations team responsible for ensuring the availability of mission-critical infrastructure.

The role focuses on incident response, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and software validation within defined SLAs. You will contribute to high service levels while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT infrastructure or technical systems support.
• Familiarity with ITSM and incident/change management is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and maintain availability, performance and reliability of mission‑critical systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and infrastructure incidents within SLAs.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and system health checks.
• Conduct software validation and system checks after upgrades and fixes.
• Maintain accurate incident records and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance and support.
• Participate in a 24x7 rotating shift and on‑call roster.
