Job summary

Right Search is seeking a technically adept professional to join our service operations team in Singapore. The role focuses on supporting service requests, tracking incidents, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to fulfill customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have ITIL familiarity, 2–3 years of technical support experience, and the ability to work in a high-pressure, 24/7 environment. A diploma or degree in engineering or IT is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Network Engineerinig, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in technical support and service operations
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
• Ability to track multiple service requests and issues, ensure timelines are met
• Experience in troubleshooting system or network-related incidents
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, 24/7 operational environment

Responsibilities

• Assist and support service request, issues tracking and documentation
• Assist in customer communication
• Maintain all service documentation and records
• Coordinate internal teams to fulfil customer service requests
• Assist preventive maintenance (routine checks), firmware update and related maintenance activities as per contract frequency
• Update and track internal inventory and update documentation
