Job summary

MediaTek is seeking a skilled engineer to design ARM-based CPUs for cutting-edge smartphones. You will develop CPU RTL models, set timing constraints, and implement low-power solutions using UPF.

The role also involves benchmarking CPU performance across configurations and conducting design verification through simulations and machine learning. Ideal candidates have deep interest in CPU architecture and exposure to real-world IC design flows within a dynamic semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of CPU architecture and design.
• Passionate about improving ARM CPU performance.
• Interest in real-world IC design flows and semiconductor tech.
