Job summary

MediaTek in Singapore's One North drives power management IC design for smartphones, IoT and automotive applications. You will design Analog/Mixed-signal blocks, contribute to layout, testing, and production readiness, collaborating with layout and verification teams.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in EEE with IC design focus, knowledge of regulators and analog circuits, and are eager to learn; training is provided. This role offers a path into a globally leading fabless semiconductor company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in EEE (IC Design).
• Knowledge of Switch-mode regulator, LDO, Voltage reference, oscillator, and analog designs.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Design Analog/Mixed-signal IC circuit blocks/IPs based on specifications for smartphones, IoT, automotive, and ASIC products.
• Realize IC layout with floor planning and performance considerations.
• Testing & debugging of IC prototypes with system verification engineers.
• Support IC to mass production readiness.

Main Requirements and Qualifications
