Job summary

MediaTek in Singapore is seeking a highly qualified CPU design engineer to work on ARM-based CPUs for the latest smartphone products. You will design an ARM-based CPU, develop RTL models and define timing constraints, and create UPF low-power models to meet performance and efficiency goals.

You will benchmark and evaluate CPU performance under various configurations and specifications, and perform design verification of CPU functionality and low-power requirements through simulation and machine

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master, or PhD in Electrical/Electrical & Electronic/ Computer Engineering.
• Good knowledge of CPU Architecture and Design.
• Passionate about boosting performance of ARM CPUs.
• Interest in real-world IC design flows and latest semiconductor technology.

Responsibilities

• Design an ARM-based CPU for the latest smartphone products.
