Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a customer service professional in Singapore to respond to inquiries, verify forms, and engage clients considering policy surrender. The role involves occasional face-to-face meetings and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

You will maintain detailed records and support ad hoc administrative tasks, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and efficient operation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to basic customer enquiries via email.
• Perform basic transaction checks and verify the completeness of customer forms and supporting documents.
• Engage customers who are considering policy surrender to understand their concerns and explain relevant product features, benefits and alternative options.
• Conduct face-to-face customer meetings when required and encourage suitable alternatives to policy surrender.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups, coordinate with the Contact Centre Team Lead and internal teams, and support other customer service and administrative duties.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
