Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance Executive to manage the full set of accounts and support month-end closing activities in Singapore. You will prepare monthly and yearly management reports, process vendor payments, and handle procurement with Purchase Orders.

The role also covers GST and withholding tax reporting for IRAS and intercompany reconciliation tasks. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy and will contribute to audit preparations and statutory reporting

Formación

• Experience in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Exposure to GST and withholding tax reporting.
• Assist in intercompany and audit processes.

• Manage full set of accounts.
• Prepare monthly and yearly closing and monthly management reports.
• Process monthly vendor payments and staff reimbursements.
• Handle procurement and raise Purchase Orders.
• Prepare quarterly GST and withholding tax reports for IRAS.
• Prepare quarterly intercompany reports and half-yearly intercompany reconciliations.
• Manage fixed asset tagging and assist in audit exercises.
• Assist in other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

• Manage full set of accounts
• Responsible for preparation and timely submission of monthly/yearly closing, monthly management report
• Process monthly vendor payment and staff reimbursement
• Handle procurement matter, ensure compliance with Company's Procurement Policy and raise Purchase Order
• Prepare quarterly GST report and withholding tax report for submission to IRAS
• Prepare quarterly OOE result by departments and half-yearly intercompany reports
• Responsible for year-end Intercompany transaction and reconciliation, stock take for inventory and biological assets
• Manage fixed asset tagging exercise and assist in interim and year-end audit exercise
• Assist in other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
