ALBEDO DESIGN PTE. LTD. is seeking an UPLIFT Support Staff for Yio Chu Kang Secondary School in Singapore. The role involves planning and running student engagement activities, including reintegration and after-school programmes, as well as mentoring students on goal-setting and progress.

Working hours align with school schedule, with no weekend work. A Diploma in a related field and at least two years of experience with youths are required, and the contract runs for 2027.

Competenze

• Supervise activities, encourage positive peer relationships and social-emotional skills, track participation and follow up on non-participation with school staff.
• Mentor identified students in goal-setting, academic progress and social-emotional learning, working with teachers-in-charge.
• Prepare activity resources and involve students in maintaining a suitable after-school engagement room.
• Gather student feedback, evaluate programmes each term and report participation, progress and impact. Ensure activities follow the school’s code of conduct.
• Work with school personnel to provide follow-up support and connect students to community resources. Assist related school-wide initiatives.
• Review the programme at year-end and recommend improvements.

Job position: UPLIFT Support Staff

Salary range: SGD 3,000 - 3,500/month

Name of Authority: Yio Chu Kang Secondary School

Contract Period: 1 January to 31 December 2027.

Working hours

Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 5:30pm. Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Each shift includes a one-hour lunch break.

No service on Saturdays, Sundays or gazetted public holidays.

Requirements
