Job summary

Sport Singapore is seeking a dynamic Manager/Senior Manager, Human Capital Partnerships & Projects to lead partnership, governance and transformation across the group. You will coordinate division-wide priorities, drive strategic HC initiatives, and partner stakeholders to align people priorities.

This role requires at least 5 years in HR/OD/PM, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate a complex public-sector environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR, organisational development, project management, or related functions.
  • Experience in managing projects, coordinating cross-functional initiatives and engaging diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience in the public sector or complex stakeholder environments is advantageous; IHRP certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HC policies, governance processes and organisational development initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to build relationships across levels.
  • Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills, including ability to prepare management papers.
  • Adaptable and resourceful with ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HC liaison for SportSG's subsidiaries, coordinating HC matters across entities.
  • Partner subsidiary stakeholders and HR teams to align HC priorities, policies and initiatives.
  • Monitor governance requirements, organisational priorities and HC initiatives involving subsidiaries.
  • Drive information sharing, stakeholder engagement and issue resolution across the SportSG group.
  • Coordinate implementation of cross-team HC priorities and initiatives, tracking progress and actions.
  • Project manage HC projects and transformation initiatives, identifying risks and dependencies.

What you will be working on:

SportSG is seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our Human Capital Division as a Manager/Senior Manager, Human Capital Partnerships & Projects. In this role, you will serve as the key Human Capital liaison for SportSG's subsidiaries, partnering stakeholders to align people priorities, support governance requirements and facilitate organisation-wide initiatives. Working closely with the Human Capital leadership team, you will coordinate division-wide priorities, drive strategic initiatives and work across Human Capital functions to support the successful delivery of key Human Capital outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Capital Partnerships, Governance & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary Human Capital point of contact for SportSG's subsidiaries, building strong partnerships and coordinating Human Capital matters across the entities.
  • Partner subsidiary stakeholders and HR teams to facilitate alignment on Human Capital priorities, policies and initiatives across SportSG and its subsidiaries.
  • Monitor and follow through on governance requirements, organisational priorities and Human Capital initiatives involving the subsidiaries.
  • Facilitate information sharing, stakeholder engagement and issue resolution to support effective collaboration across the SportSG group.

Human Capital Projects, Planning & Transformation

  • Serve as the central coordination point for Human Capital division-wide projects, strategic initiatives and cross-functional workstreams, driving alignment and execution of shared priorities across HC teams.
  • Coordinate the implementation of cross-team Human Capital priorities and initiatives, facilitating stakeholder engagement, tracking progress, and supporting follow-through on key actions.
  • Project manage Human Capital projects and division-wide initiatives, coordinating implementation, monitoring progress, identifying risks, dependencies and bottlenecks, and recommending appropriate interventions to support successful delivery.
  • Support the planning and delivery of Human Capital transformation initiatives, organisational development efforts and process improvement projects.
  • Drive follow-up actions arising from leadership discussions, management meetings, committees and strategic workgroups, including providing secretariat support where required.
What we are looking for:
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, organisational development, project management, corporate planning, business partnering or related functions.
  • Experience in managing projects, coordinating cross-functional initiatives and engaging diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience in the public sector or working within a complex stakeholder environment will be advantageous. Candidates with IHRP certification will have an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with Human Capital policies, governance processes and organisational development initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across different levels of the organisation.
  • Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills, including the ability to prepare management papers, reports and presentations.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records.

Successful candidates will be offered a 2/3- years’ contract in the first instance.
